Shipping rates are calculated at check out.

We use Canada Post as our primary shipping provider. If you would prefer a different provider, please contact us at sales@twintimbers.ca for an updated shipping quote, prior to placing your order.

You will be provided with at tracking number once your order has shipped

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide pictures of the item's defect or damage, as well as any damage to the packaging.

Please ensure your address is correct when ordering. We are not responsible for missing orders or returned orders due to an incorrect address provided, so please ensure your address is correct when ordering.

We are located in Cranston in SE Calgary, Alberta and offer local pick up.  At check out, please select the Pick up option.  We will send you an email with pick up location when your items are ready.
