Refund policy

We want you to love your Twin Timbers creation and your satisfaction means the world to us. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package or arrange local drop off. You will be refunded in full in your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
